Primary PCB

The Primary PCB is crafted by using a Tin Coil in a PCB Assembling Plant via Conveyor Belt, Hopper, or Coiler Plant.

This is used in the Research Assembler with a Tin Plate to craft a Simplified Experimental Pod.
