MK4 Forced Induction

Doubles the speed at which the smelter draws ores from a connected hopper. Smelting speed is the same as the MK3 Forced Induction. Note that this upgrade is most useful on scarce and greg resource settings where more ore is required per bar (8 and 25, respectively).
