Laser Resin Ablator

The Laser Resin Ablator is the first step in resin production or Hardened Resin handling. The Ablator removes the hard shell away from the Hard resin and turns it into Ablated Resin, which can then be liquified by the Laser Resin Liquifier. The Ablator has a maximum radius of 16m, and requires 250 power per second for 5 seconds (1250 power total) to ablate a block.  The Ablator will not start ablating unless it has enough stored power.
