Chromium is a T4 ore and can be found below -700.
It can only be smelted by ARC Smelters or the Blast Furnace, which both require the Frozen Factory Expansion.
It requires either the Hard Rock Grinder or the Trencher_Drill to mine.
It can be smelted into Chromium Bars.
